The World Hasanistan Alliance (Hasani: Dünya Hasanistan İttifakı, commonly known by the portmanteau DÜNYAHASANİ) is a cultural organisation in Hasanistan. DÜNYAHASANİ states its objectives as "preserving, promoting and developing Hasanistani culture and maintaining fraternity among the Hasanistani community and ethnic Hasanis both in Hasanistan and in its diaspora".[1]

DÜNYAHASANİ is an umbrella organisation of various cultural institutions and administers much of the civil society of Hasanistan. It constitutes a form of de facto cultural autonomy for Hasanistanis under the Great Turan State. The organisation declares itself as a loyal towards the Great Turan State and maintains close co-operation with the provincial authorities of Hasanistan.[1]

History

DÜNYAHASANİ was established by Başbuğ Hasan Çakar on 1 November 2023[1] and adopted its organisational charter on 4 December.[2]

Organisation

The organisational governance of DÜNYAHASANİ is defined by its charter, which establishes a presidential-style system in governing the organisation. The central administration of the DÜNYAHASANİ is composed of three bodies: the General Council, the Mejlis and the Organisational Consultation Forum.

The head of DÜNYAHASANİ is the President. The President directs the organisation as the chief executive officer, chairs meetings of the General Council and serves as its public representative. The office of Vice-President serves as the deputy to the President and acts in place of President if they are incapable of performing their duties. The Khagan of the Great Turan State and the Başbuğ of Hasanistan are bestowed the ceremonial title of "Honorary President".

DÜNYAHASANİ is divided into eight chapters: six corresponding to the traditional provinces of Hasanistan, a chapter covering non-Hasanistani territories of the Great Turan State and an international chapter for the diaspora. Chapters each have an executive head and have the ability to establish regional deliberative assemblies. The chapter for the province of Ardajan has special autonomous rights established by the DÜNYAHASANİ Charter, which are defined in agreement with the central administration of DÜNYAHASANİ, in recognition of the separate cultural identity of the Ardajani people.

Membership

As a membership organisation, eligible individuals are able to become members of DÜNYAHASANİ. Members who are thirteen years of age or older have the right to vote in elections and participate in the organisation's governance structures. Membership by individuals is formally referred to as individual membership to differentiate it from the organisation membership of constituent organisations.

Per the DÜNYAHASANİ Charter, membership is restricted to those who meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Be a subject or resident of the Great Turan State with affiliation to the Sanjak of Hasanistan;
  • Be a former citizen or recognised resident of past Hasanaistani polities between 2011 and 2023, including during the periods under the sovereingty of Pavlov, Khorașan, Nedlando-Khorașan, Kekropia and Snežanopol;
  • Have ethnic Hasani heritage or be descended from a Hasanistani citizen (per the above definitions) within three-generations;
  • Possess affiliation to Mahusetan Hasanistan, Konraq, Mouzeliot Hasanistan, Niclogian Hasanistan, Nedlandic Hasanistan and Grunkian Hasanistan;
  • Be bestowed the right to membership by the President of the World Hasanistan Alliance or the People's Assembly of the World Hasanistan Alliance through formal procedures.

The number of individual members of DÜNYAHASANİ is currently unknown.
