Hasanistan (Micras)

Micrasian Hasanistan is a geofictional location in the Micras micronational community, located on a peninsula in the south-eastern region of the continent Apollonia. The region was founded in 2017, originally a claim of Krasnarus, but is currently controlled by Çakaristan (originally known as Sylvania, not to be confused with the real-life micronational territory of Chakaristan). According to the official canon of Micras, the area is geographically mountainous highland and is primarily populated by Hasanis.

The Micrasian region is named after and loosely based on the real-life micronation Hasanistan, although they are treated as separate entities and there is limited (real) Hasanistani involvement in the Micrasian project. Despite being unaffiliated, the use of the name is endorsed by the Government of Hasanistan. Notably, in the past the real Hasanistan has interacted with Micras-based nations such as Birgeshir.
