Konraq is divided in 2 districts

• Upper Konraq with its capital in Karai and
• Lower Konraq with its capital in Yzargorod

Kökqoyunlu is divided in 8 districts

Urvesok

Urvesok is a federal territory that belongs to the Government of the State Union, the corridor provides the state union with access to the Chong-Kemin rivier, the territory is divided in 2 main municipalities, Odajmoi and Urvesok

Yaylaharia

Yaylaharia (Highlands) was a proposed name for the 4 western districts of Kökqoyunlu, advocated by the Republic of Konraq This movement was in reaction to huge size of Kökqoyunlu and to cut Kökqoyunlu's hyopthetical power over the state union. Yaylaharia's secession movement ended rather quickly, both by opposition of Kökqoyunlu's Premier Shady Morsi,nor a formal petition for secession was never presented to the House of Republics.Yaylaharia is part of the mainly movement that advocates the division of the Republic of Kökqoyunlu into as many as five-six states, Kökqoyunlu divisionists argue that the division of their state could be desirable because, as the largest state in the State Union in both area and population, Kökqoyunlu is too large to be governed efficiently as one political unit or that in several states, Kökqoyunlu would gain more power at the federal level, particularly in the House of Republics since each state elects three representatives,
