Seljukism is a Hasani nationalist historiographic ideology which posits that the Hasani people descend from the Seljuk Turks, Hasanistan as a state is the successor state of the historical Seljuk Empire and Hasanistan should be granted self-determination and have its sovereignty international recognised based upon the fact their origins lie in a historically-extant state. It first began to be developed in 2014 and has been codified in the constitution as the state position since 2017, as well as being part of the political platform of the politically-dominant People's Unity Party.

The most notable implementation of Seljukism within Hasanistani society is the common use of the "Seljuk eagle" as a symbol by state institutions and nationalist organisations. Although the exact origins of the use of the eagle by the Seljuks is unknown, the hypothesis of the Seljuk eagle representing the multi-headed eagle Öksökö from Turkic and Siberian mythology is widely-accepted within Hasanistan. The Hasanistani Turanic Society uses the Seljuk eagle as part of its emblem.

The narrative of Seljukism has been accepted by the Great Turan State and its spiritual predecessor Pavlov. As monarch of Hasanistan, the ruler of the Great Turan State and previously Pavlov adopted titles used historically by the Seljuk dynasty.
