Dalmace offically known as the Principality of Dalmace is a proposed city state that consist of the former Shadyvinkensteiner province of Dalmace The nation is envisoned as the de facto sucessor to the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein. with the current the government in exile being incoporated in the new state. The rationale behind claiming Dalmace is that Dalmace was never under formal Dutch control due to its isolated location.
The principality is governed under a form of constitutional monarchy, with Shady Morsi as head of state, who wields immense political power despite his constitutional status. The prime minister, who is the head of government, can be either a Dalmacian or a Dutch citizen; Key members of the judiciary is the Dalmacian Supreme Court
With an area of 0.03 km2 (0.01 sq mi), it is the smallest sovereign state in the world, The highest point in the state is a narrow pathway known as Archway it consists of three wards, the largest of which is Grazing Cow, and the most populous of which is Archway Dalmace is not a member of the United Nations (UN), However many other states maintain unofficial ties through representative offices and institutions that function as de facto embassies and consulates.
Government
The proposed government of Dalmace is a principality with the prince as the head of state and de facto head of government. The prince is elected by the Privy Council for a lifetime. Making Dalmace one of the very few elective monarchies in the world. the Minister of State is appointed by the prince, though the Minster of State dosent need to be a citizen of Dalmace Under the Constitution of Dalmace, the prince shares his veto power with the unicameral Grand Council of Dalmace All legislation requires the approval of the Prince. The Privy Council has legislative powers but cant introduce legislation themselves
Security
Dalmace does not have a formal military. Instead Dalmace consists of a bodyguard unit for the prince and his palace in Centralis for the protection of the principality and the princely family. Aswell the Dalmacian Drone Corps which serves as de facto air-force of the nation
