Shadyvinkenstein offically known as the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein was a self declared independent nation that was founded on Febuary 8th 2010 by Shady Morsi and mainly his friends. Claiming a small 125,57 m² area. The nation was better described as a micronation (both in the literal and figurative content) altough the concept of other micronations and micronationalism was not known by the Shadyvinkensteini citizens until late 2011 when the Shadyvinkenstein Government in exile tried to join MicroWikia after the dissolution. but was banned by the then administration due to poor grammar on its wikipage due to Shady's then limited English knowledge The nation was both a pysical and an online nation (using the former Dutch social media network Hyves for parliament meetings, While holding cultural events in the capital. The Tree) Shadyvinkenstein had no formal capital due to its size. Effectifly rendering it as a de facto city state but had one tree in its territory which was proclaimed as the capital city

In 2010, Shady Morsi and Stein Dros discoverd an abandoned bulding near his school He and Dros decided to proclaim the Republic of Shadystein. a small republic with Shady Morsi as its president, Soon the republic was transformed as a monarchy and was renamed into Shadyvinkenstein as Timo Vink joined the project, Shady was proclaimed King after an election and Timo Vink was proclaimed as Prime Minister Altough recent discovery by the Shadyvinkensteini archives and captured screenshots from Hyves that there was 2 prime ministers who where named Royal Advisors, Shadyvinkenstein was mainly self suficcient with most of the citizens either using to pick apples from the tree or fishing in the nearby pond. In Febuary 2010 Shady Morsi formed the Shadyvinkensteini Border Guard and tried to capture Dutch civilians who illegally crossed the Shadyvinkensteini border.

Shadyvinkenstein's early history is rather described as a "Fuzzy set of memories" was mainly lost due to closure of Hyves. the lack of contact with its former citizens, and a lot of rumors and legends about this former state spread by both of Shadyvinkensteiners and Non-Shadyvinkensteiners, the territory was then claimed by the Shadyvinkensteini Government-in Exile until 2012 then was claimed by various micronations such as Sneazistan/Snazopol, Viadalvia and Hoogwaard, An attempted more-serious restoration of Shadyvinkenstein was considered in 2018 but was then abandoned due a lack of participation from the original citizens

In December 2021. 10 years after the dissolution of the Shadyvinkensteiner state. Timo Vink and Shady Morsi established a formal Shadyvinkensteini Government-in Exile in order to re-construct the memories and the culture of the former state, The Shadyvinkensteini Government-in Exile does not claim its former territory as the territory anno 2021 is mainly demolished and a stone fence was erected and the original tree was cut. Nor does it conduct foreign relations with other entities

Etymology

The name Shadyvinkenstein comes from the three mayor contributors to the nation Shady Morsi ,Timo Vink and Stein Dros the offical name is the Koningkrijk Shadyvinkenstein with means "Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein" altough it was a mispelling of the Dutch word for Kingdom. "Koninkrijk" Shadyvinkenstein also had the additional meaning of the suffix -stein Such as Liechtenstein, and the fictional kingdom of Drusselstein from the Phineas and Ferb universe

History

Formation

In 2010, Shady Morsi and Stein Dros discoverd an abandoned bulding near his school He and Dros decided to proclaim the Republic of Shadystein. Soon the republic was transformed as a monarchy and was renamed into Shadyvinkenstein as Shady was proclaimed King after an election and Timo Vink and J, Breier was proclaimed as Royal Advisors In Febuary 2010 Shady Morsi formed the Shadyvinkensteini Border Guard and the SBG tried to capture Dutch civilians (mostly other kids mainly the girls who wanted to have their own place) who illegally crossed the Shadyvinkensteini border. As the Border Guard captured a Dutch civilian, they often where deported. Shadyvinkenstein had a very strict border policies and only people that where either affiliated with Shadyvinkenstein or are invited by the king where allowed to enter.

The Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein around March-May 2010 heralded the height its golden age Shadyvinkenstein was drawn on school geography book's and Shadyvinkenstein even had its own Weather Balloon released into space as an independent nation rulers the leisure to explore more artistic and cultural pursuits. King Shady appointed people in his government based on merit and the only female citizen of Shadyvinkenstein Barbara. B was appointed by Shady as Queen

Fall

The events leading to the establishment of Shadyvinkenstein involved confrontations between this group, referred to as the "girls' clique," and the Shadyvinkenstein Border Guard, who were attempting to enforce the removal of non-Shadyvinkensteiner citizens from the territory. Notably, these incidents led to tensions and conflicts that escalated to the involvement of the staff of the Leo Kannerschool. In response to the growing discord and in an unprecedented move, the staff of the Leo Kannerschool undertook what was described as an "invasion" to depose the self-proclaimed Kingdom. This led to the exile of all citizens of Shadyvinkenstein.

Standard of the King of Shadyvinkenstein

The Government of Shadyvinkenstein was an absolute monarchy. with the king yielding absolute power. the structure of the monarchy however was more an Unitary Technocratic Elective Despotic Monarchy. Since that the king of Shadyvinkenstein was elected and the fact that the Royal Advisory was elected based on merrit (the royal advisory of sports was elected due to being good at sport for example). In 2010 Shady Morsi was elected as king of Shadyvinkenstein 100% unopposed. The king has the right to appoint Royal Advisors who where akin to cabinet members in a contemporary government though the king could override them at any given moment.

An intriguing component of the Shadyvinkenstein monarchy was the presence of a queen. The queen in this context was not a co-ruler but rather a symbolic figurehead, playing a more ceremonial role within the monarchy. The Queen of Shadyvinkenstein, named Barbra B, was appointed by King Shady himself. Barbra B's appointment as queen was shrouded in curious circumstances, as the selection process seemingly leaned either on her relationship with King Shady or her status as potentially the sole female citizen of Shadyvinkenstein. Nevertheless, her role within the governance structure was primarily symbolic, with little to no influence on matters of state. Her appointment seemed to serve the purpose of "completing the monarchy" rather than contributing substantively to governance.

The appointment of the Royal Advisors was not based on hereditary rights but rather on merit. The Royal Advisory Council encompassed various specialized departments, with members chosen based on their expertise and accomplishments in specific fields. For instance, the Royal Advisory of Sports was composed of individuals who exhibited exceptional prowess and contributions in the realm of sports. Hence the Technocratic aspect of the Shadyvinkensteiner goverment was very highlighted

The judiciary was independent from the monarch and the government. Judicial matters were not directly governed by a conventional judicial system but were rather executed by the citizens themselves, creating a unique system where the populace played a substantial role in meting out justice.

Shadyvinkenstein has been overshadowed by the culture of its neighbor. but despite that it has its own cultural elements and Shadyvinkenstein retains a number of folk traditions,

Game Clubs

The Game Clubs, though not directly affiliated with the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein, functioned as semi-independent vassals under the protective umbrella of the kingdom. Originating prior to the establishment of Shadyvinkenstein, these clubs voluntarily acknowledged the hegemony of Shadyvinkenstein in exchange for the preservation of their autonomous status and integration into the kingdom. Recognizing the symbiotic relationship, the Game Clubs appointed members to the Shadyvinkenstein Royal Court, thereby participating in the broader governance structure. Additionally, members of the clubs were levied to serve in the Shadyvinkenstein Border Guard, solidifying their commitment to the kingdom's security. The internal dynamics of the Game Clubs were marked by intense division, with internal wars waged for both membership and territorial control. Notably, the clubs faced external challenges from the Girls Clique, as a significant majority of the school's female pupils attempted to invade the isolated location of the Game Clubs, challenging the established order and further complicating the intricate web of relationships within the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein.

Shadyvinkenstein had three traditional game clubs—namely, the Beyblade Club, the Game Club, and the Gamers Club. a notable facet of societal dynamics. The Game Club and the Gamers Club found themselves entangled in a historical dispute that escalated into a civil war, primarily centered around leadership and influence. The core contention stemmed from the Game Club's exclusive nature, catering exclusively to boys, while the Gamers Club sought a more inclusive stance by embracing both genders. The Beyblade Club, however, emerged as the most powerful among the three, exercising control over significant portions of Shadyvinkenstein's capital and leaving an indelible mark on the kingdom's culture. Remarkably, Beyblade was officially declared Shadyvinkenstein's "national pastime," despite King Shady expressing his disapproval of the game by dubbing it "Gayblade." Interestingly, these game clubs, in contrast to their counterparts in Radon and Mahuset, never held a role in governance and possessed comparatively lesser influence within their respective states.

Territory

The Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein is a micro-nation renowned for its minuscule territory, spanning a mere 4 square meters, making it one of the smallest nations globally. Situated within the boundaries of the Netherlands, this diminutive realm is demarcated solely by a border fence that separates it from its neighboring nation. Notably, a lone border checkpoint situated in the eastern periphery serves as the exclusive point of entry and exit between the Netherlands and the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein.

The territory of the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein is characterized by its modest size, encompassing a small area divided by a narrow ditch known colloquially as "The Narrows." This division creates a separation between the western region and the mainland. The Narrows stands as the solitary body of water within the Kingdom of Shadyvinkenstein, accentuating the distinctness and uniqueness of this micro-nation.
