The Parliament in-exile is the legislative organ of the Shadyvinkenstein Government-in-Exile, The Parliament in-exile serves as the official legislative body. Situated outside the borders of its native land, this governmental body mirrors the structure and functions of a traditional parliament. The charter acknowleges the parliament as the "Supreme Representative of the People's of Shadyvinkenstein"

Established by the charter of the government in exile in 2021. Originally, the parliament allowed every Shadyvinkensteiner citizen to appoint themselves as representatives. However, subsequent amendments to the charter transformed the parliamentary system into a directly elected body by the Shadyvinkensteiner populace. Eligibility for candidacy in the parliamentary elections is extended to any Shadyvinkersteiner who has attained the age of 18, respects Shadyvinkensteiner heritage, and has actively engaged in various forms of political and patriotic events and activities that uphold the heritage and culture of Shadyvinkenstein This opportunity for candidacy is open to individuals of any gender and is subject to democratic election, with a cap of seven Members of Parliament elected per hosting nation.

While lacking the direct authority to implement laws or policies within the homeland due to its status, the Parliament in-exile operates as a symbolic and functional entity. It works to maintain the national identity, foreign relations, and unity of the Shadyvinkenstein populace, often interfacing with international bodies, governments, and non-governmental organizations to advocate for the interests of its people. The parliament also elects the president of the government in exile

Legitimacy

The Parliament-in exile positions itself as a meeting of “the only representatives of society and the state who have the democratic legitimacy they received from Shadyvinkensteiner citizens”.Morsi answered during the Parliament-in exile that, as representatives of Russian citizens, they are quite legitimate, since they had once been elected by the people, and now Shadyvinkenstein needs a temporary body for representing the state of Shadyvinkenstein, and they “will hold elections later.”

1. Acknowledgment of Kevin I as the second monarch of Shadyvinkenstain. 2. Redesignation of the national flag and coat of arms. 3. Implementation of the Shadyvinkenstein Standardization Act. 4. Establishment of Shadyvinkenstein Citizenship by Blood. 5. Proclamation of amicable relations between the Confederation of Mahuset and the Shadyvinkenstein Government-in-Exile. 6. Proclamation of amicable relations between the Great Turan State and the Shadyvinkenstein Government-in-Exile. 7. Formal recognition of the contributions made by Joseph Kennedy, Emiel Hardy, and Zyablikistan to the Shadyvinkensteiner nation. 8. Restoration of the three traditional game clubs of Shadyvinkenstein, namely the Beyblade Club, The Game Club, and the Three Gamers.
