The Megyis Ardajan, officially known as the Assembly of Ardajan, serves as the unicameral parliament of the autonomous region of Ardajan in Hasanistan. The structure and responsibilities of the Assembly are delineated in Article II of the Constitution of Ardajan, which confers all legislative authority upon this body. For a bill to become law, it must be passed by the Assembly and signed by the Premier.
The Assembly holds the exclusive authority to initiate impeachments and present indictments. Additionally, the Constitution mandates that the appointment of cabinet members requires the advice and consent of the Assembly. Financially, all bills concerning the raising of revenue must originate in the Assembly.
Structurally, the Assembly typically consists of four members: two elected from single-member districts and two from a multi-member district. The Assembly, along with its members and staff, is headquartered in Enyik,
