The Megyis Ardajan, officially known as the Assembly of Ardajan, serves as the unicameral parliament of the autonomous region of Ardajan in Hasanistan. The structure and responsibilities of the Assembly are delineated in Article II of the Constitution of Ardajan, which confers all legislative authority upon this body. For a bill to become law, it must be passed by the Assembly and signed by the Premier. With 4 members, known as "deputies",the Assembly is the largest Hasani provincial legislature . A total of 3 members is required for a majority; Unlike the legislatures of the other Hasani divisions the assembly is nonpartisan in that it does not officially recognize its members' political party affiliation or a formal partisan leadership structure. with the aim of ensuring lawmakers select leaders they truly support without undue pressure or influence from other branches of government, the political parties, or other sources of outside influence.

The Assembly holds the exclusive authority to initiate impeachments and present indictments. Additionally, the Constitution mandates that the appointment of cabinet members requires the advice and consent of the Assembly. Financially, all bills concerning the raising of revenue must originate in the Assembly.

Structurally, the Assembly typically consists of four members: two elected from single-member districts and two from a multi-member district. The Assembly, along with its members and staff, is headquartered in Enyik,
