Kökqoyunlu, officially the Republic of Kökqoyunlu, is a constituent republic of Konraq and Kökqoyunlu. The republic forms about 80% of the State Unions territory and shares land borders with the country of Hasanistan to its east; with the former Soviet republics of Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan to its south, north, and west;Kökqoyunlu was originally a vasal state of Pavlov. before Nedland annexed the region under the name Nedlandic Hasanistan. After the dissolution of Nedland Hasanistan annexed the regions under the name West Hasanistan before being unclaimed again due to inactivity.

Meanwhile Konraqi expendism existing since 2018, Konraq wanted to extend its borders due to being a small enclave in Hasanistan. a proposed royal union between Kökqoyunlu (belived by the Konraqi government to be Koktugluk) and Konraq was never realized due to the collapse of the Konraq
