Batyr in this context referes to an Ardajani metonymy. which is often used as an insult by Ardajani nationalists. in its less offensive context Batyr refered to the central government of Hasanistan which is located in Batyr. Batyr is also used as a slang for non-Ardajani Hasani parts. and was often refered as the Republic of Batyr in the implication that Ardajan was not part of the Hasani nation
