Eileen is a new town. Its the largest town in size of Kivsiä the town has 4 registered civilians. making it Leppas 7th biggest town The name Eileen means "bright, shining one" in Gaelic and Scottish (Scotch-Irish). It can also mean "light, brightness" from the Proto Indo-European.
