The December 2021 Konraq by-elections are eight by-elections that will be held on December 17th 2021, to fill vacancies in the Council of Representaties caused by the New Konraqi census, both the VNH and the NRM nominated candidates to contest the seats with the Fatherland – All Konraq party nominating only three candidates, while the recently formed Monarchist League only fields one candidate These elections also indirectly determine the Prime Minister, Because of this, the by-elections are seem as a test for the Morsi government
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the format of individual electoral events may be changed for health reasons. In particular, in 2020, a law was passed that allows early voting at polling stations two days before the official voting day. In addition, the polling stations themselves can be organized outside the premises.
The election was annulled due to the formation of the State Union of Konraq-Kökqoyunu, with all candidates being appointed to the House of Citizens or state legislatures
