The elections where conducted under the single-member plurality system, the election sought to fill five available seats in newly established legislative body.
Candidates in this election who ran as nonpartisans, won three of the five seats. The remaining two seats were divided between two political entities associated with Viadalvian Hasanistan. The Party for Viadalvian Hasanistan secured one seat, while the SLP Branch of Viadalvian Hasanistan also gained one seat.
